Terms and Conditions

The Uniforme Conditions Horeca apply to all reservations at Hotel Gulpen. These conditions can be requested from the hotel or can be found on the website of Royal Horeca Nederland.

Reservations made directly with the hotel for up to 8 people or 4 rooms can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the day of arrival, subject to conditions permitting. A non-refundable booking can never be cancelled. In the event of no-show or late cancellation, Hotel Gulpen reserves the right to charge the full reservation value.
