Rechtstreeks bij het hotel gemaakte reserveringen tot 8 personen of 4 kamers kunnen, mits de voorwaarden dat toelaten, tot 48 uur vóór de dag van aankomst kosteloos geannuleerd worden. Een non-refundable boeking kan nimmer geannuleerd worden. In het geval van no-show of late annulering behoudt Hotel Gulpen het recht de volledige reserveringswaarde in rekening te brengen.
